NTN’s Automotive Aftermarket Brands Receive Automotive Communications Award

Mt. Prospect, IL – NTN, the parent company of BCA Bearings and Bower Bearings, is proud to announce the receipt of a 2021 Automotive Communication Award from the Women in Auto Care. NTN received the award in the “Business-to-Business – Promotional Goods, Gear, Marketing Collateral” category for our BCA and Bower “Summer Fun” Promotion packages.

The BCA and Bower summer promotions reward warehouse distributor customers in the automotive and heavy duty aftermarket segments with BCA & Bower branded promotional goods, which they can then use to conduct their own local promotions. This strategy increases brand awareness at every level of the distribution channel, from the warehouse distributor to the installing technician, while enabling our distributors to localize the incentives and customize their promotions to their loyal customer bases.

The theme for the 2021 BCA and Bower promotions was “Summer Fun”. After the past year, we wanted a lighthearted, neutral theme, and Summer Fun hit just right! The award winning Summer Fun promo packages were put together to compliment fun summer activities. The packages included essential items like sunglasses, bottle openers, and cold beverage containers; a neck gaiter to provide cover from the sun and a face covering when needed; items like the captain’s chair, big lounger, Bluetooth speaker, and party bucket were perfect for relaxing by the pool, or taking in a ballgame.

The 2021 Women in Auto Care Automotive Communication Awards were presented at the annual Women in Auto Care Reception, during the recent 2021 AAPEX Conference in Las Vegas, NV. The awards recognize automotive aftermarket manufacturers, distribution networks, and other organizations for outstanding business-to-consumer and business-to-business advertising, marketing and public relations activities. Women in Auto Care is a community of the Auto Care Association, the co-owner of AAPEX, a trade-only event for the automotive aftermarket.
