Technical Trainer, Western Region
Art brings over 20 years of hands-on experience as an ASE Master Certified Automotive and Diesel Technician. A Ford FACT graduate of Universal Technical Institute, he is Ford and Lincoln certified and spent six years as a Master Technician, developing strong electrical and diagnostic expertise. For more than a decade, Art has trained professional technicians, focusing on wheel bearing and hub diagnostics, installation, and failure prevention. Art is known for delivering practical, shop-ready training that helps technicians improve accuracy, efficiency, and confidence.
George Gillespie
Technical Trainer, Central Region
George has more than 30 years of automotive industry experience, including master-level repair, shop management, parts operations, and technical training. Over the past five years, he has focused on developing and delivering training programs that enhance diagnostic accuracy, repair quality, safety, and technician performance. George is known for combining hands-on expertise with a strong focus on workforce development and service excellence. His practical, real-world instruction helps service teams improve efficiency, capability, and overall customer satisfaction.
Paul Plahn
Technical Trainer, Eastern Region
Paul brings over 40 years of automotive experience, including extensive work in diagnostics, repair, technical training, and leadership. An ASE and OEM Master Technician, he has spent more than two decades developing and delivering training for manufacturers, dealerships, and aftermarket organizations. As a Technical Trainer for NTN, Paul provides OEM-level, ASE-aligned instruction that improves diagnostic accuracy and technician performance. A passionate educator, he has trained thousands of professionals and is known for delivering practical insights that support real-world success in today’s evolving automotive industry.
